| 英文描述 | Signs of spinal cord injury occasionally occur 1-7 days following ivermectin or organophosphate treatment of cattle which have the first-instar larvae of HYPODERMA BOVIS in the spinal canal. This is generally believed to be due to a reaction to the dead larvae, but evidence of direct injury to the cord or nerves is difficult to find in many cases and a direct reaction to the drugs, particularly organophosphates, should be considered in the differential. |
